Attic Additions
Attic additions take advantage of usable space within the footprint of the home and typically without changing the roof line and curb appeal of the home. Depending upon the structure and practical space in the attic these areas are most commonly converted to walk-in closets, second floor laundries, or extensions of the master suite. However, we show an example of a home that added two bedrooms and a full bath as well.
